Join Karen Parker, Baby Lock Educator, for this hands-on workshop  featuring the

Triumph, Ovation and Accolade Sergers 

All skill levels can benefit from the exploration of the machine features and will learn to utilize many of the available accessories and specialty feet.

Experience the simplicity of setting up the machine for various stitching options.

You begin with many ways to use the 4-thread overlock settings and move through Flat Locking, Cover Stitching and the Wave Stitch, just to name a few!

All the stitch samples created in class can be organized in the complementary notebook.


You must work on a Baby Lock 8 Thread Serger for this event.  If you do not own one, please call the shop to arrange a rental.  ($50)

Bring your mothers, daughters, grandmothers and friends to Kimberbell's Vintage Flora!

At this four-hour Spark Event, you will create a classic coin keeper, with scalloped quilting, eyelet lace and an antique zipper pull!

 You'll also make an heirloom clasp purse, topped by a retro metal fastener.


Made in a 4x4 embroidery hoop, both event projects spark creativity in every age!  

 If you do not own an embroidery machine, but are interested in  trying your hand at it, we will  pair you up and provide one for
this event.

In this workshop you will learn to do just that.  Using the Studio 180 Designs ruler you will be able to trim your blocks to the perfect size and make 10 different size blocks.

This class will explain what a walking foot is; how to use it and then learn how to do some quilting on your quilt tops.

Each Class Builds on the class before it so be sure to sign up for either the first class - or the full series.You will need:

Join this class to learn the first steps in this fun and creative process.

You will learn to:

Thread the machine & load the bobbin

Smoothly move the Regalia Long Arm machine to create the 5 basic quilting shapes.

Utilize 3 methods of tying off the threads

Efficiently move yourself and the machine across  your quilt sandwich with a basic end-to-end quilt design.

Understand the basic functionality of regulated stitching.

Required supplies:  36 x 36 practice quilt top, 40 x 40 backing and batting
